St. Augustine News - Historic City Media

April 7, 2008

Local news from St. Augustine should come from St. Augustine.

The major, traditional print media in town relies heavily on wire service stories, even on the editorial and opinions pages.

The broadcast media lacks the local interaction.

Historic City Media through it’s website at www.historiccity.com gives us both; local news from a local perspective and interactive feedback, debate, commentary and discussion.

I really like it here and see good things in the future for this online news and discussion journal.
