Cancer claims wife of Flagler County sheriff

Lorraine Fleming, wife of Flagler County Sheriff Donald Fleming, died early Saturday morning after waging a courageous battle with cancer according to a notice in the Daytona News Journal.
Fleming, who was 60 and resided in Palm Coast, was known as more than the wife of the sheriff and a homemaker. She made her mark on the community through her support and involvement with several service organizations, those who served with her say. Read more
