Chery Klug oversees 9 Minute Clinics in the Jacksonville area all affiliated and embedded within CVS Pharmacies.

A nurse practitioner, Cheryl will be discussing the role of walk-in clinics in the medical delivery spectrum.

She came to us from Michigan with a stop in Albany, Georgia, where she completed her masters program. She now lives in Palm Coast but is often found on the road dealing with individual in-store clinic operations.

Credit card overcharge warning

Be careful when paying by credit card in restaurants — without getting a final receipt.

The manager of IHOP at 2560 State Road 16 reported to Deputy Sheriff James Hayward that he received an Email from the main office stating that a customer had complained about an extra dollar being placed on their credit card bill. Read more

Bank hit with $6,000 in forged checks

Prosperity Bank - Ponte Vedra Beach
Deputy Christopher Jones was called to Prosperity Bank in Ponte Vedra Beach on Friday to take a report concerning six forged payroll checks cashed at the branch over the past two days.

Checks totaling $6,184.47 that appeared to be issued by Salonen Marine Inc of Yulee, Florida, were cashed in amounts ranging between $753.26 and $1,421.97. Read more
