ANCIENT CITY SLICKERS THURSDAY, MAY 15TH ON THE PLAZA

What do you get when you combine banjos, kazoos, tuba, maracas, washtub bass, guitar and washboard?

BIG TIME FUN!!

That “Big time fun” is coming to the plaza this week. “City Slickers” follow an ancient tradition of good time music (are you old enough to remember Spike Jones and his City Slickers????? “Beatle Baum!”) Our group is a little thin on slide whistle, but I’m sure that can be remedied.

It does look like fun! Come check them out this Thursday on the patio. 7:00, bring your own chair and whatever. No alcoholic beverages (or solids, I guess) allowed. Come on down!
