Bob and Joline’s Friends of Mine Band - May 22nd in the Plaza
Bob and Joline Patterson are what Florida is about. They should be. They are experts on the subject. Their Folk concerts that mix Florida Stories and story telling with Florida Folk music are justly famous.
It’s even more fun when they add Dick Kraft on flute, saxophones, and banjo. Chip Herrington plays the mouth harp and Bill Temme doing stand up percussion to become the FRIENDS OF MINE Band. The music moves to rock, big band and whatever else you want and makes for a very enjoyable evening. Overall, it becomes very hip folk, done by very hip folks. They have wonderful reviews (including being voted “Best of the Best” here locally). Don’t be surprised if some other folks drop by as well. They have lots of friends!
Give yourself a (Free) treat and join them in the Plaza this Thursday, May 22, 7 to 9. Usual rules. Bring your own chair or blanket, whatever. No booze. Lots of fun.
