Sargent Mulligan deployed to capitol
September 7, 2008

Yesterday, Historic City News was informed that Sgt. C. E. Mulligan, Public Information Officer for the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office, was being deployed to Tallahassee.
According to Mulligan, he will be assigned to the State Emergency Operations Center in Tallahassee for the next two weeks.
The purpose of the deployment is to assist the State EOC personnel in communicating information in response to the recent hurricanes and tropical storms which affected parts of our state and the southeast Gulf Coast area.
In Mulligan’s absence, Media Relations Officer Kevin Kelshaw will continue covering news communications as well as public information related duties.
