September 28, 2012 | By More

Using information provided by an anonymous tip, obtained through facebook and crime stoppers, detectives were able to collect enough evidence to obtain an arrest warrant for the suspect in Sunday’s robbery of the CVS pharmacy located at 57 Tuscan Way in St Augustine.

St Johns County Sheriff’s spokesman Chuck Mulligan reported to Historic City News that 35-year-old Kevin Allen Masters, who was last known to be living in Elkton, was the man who entered the pharmacy handed an employee a note demanding prescription narcotics.

Masters obtained a large amount of prescription drugs and fled the area in a dark colored passenger vehicle.

Anyone with information concerning this crime or the whereabouts of Kevin Allen Masters is asked to contact the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office at (904) 824-8304. You can remain anonymous and possibly be eligible for a cash reward by calling CrimeStoppers of Northeast Florida at 1-888-277-TIPS (8477).
