St. Johns County District 3 Update
I hope you are doing well this holiday season! I am proud to serve as your voice of the community. Shortly after I was elected in November of 2012, the Board of County Commissioners met and identified 10 goals of the Commission which would serve the entire community.

Those goals are:

·         Increased Formal Communication with the Community

·         Community Redevelopment

·         County Beautification and Appearance

·         Environmental Needs

·         Quality of Life

·         Regional Initiatives

·         Infrastructure Management

·         Financial Reality and Stability

·         Health, Safety, and Welfare

·         Economic Development

I feel it is important that I share these goals with you! As I look at items that come before the commission, I will continue to assess how each addresses our goals and will be making decisions based upon those objectives. My personal philosophies are those items that show fiscal conservatism, fiscal and government accountability, greater good, and all around transparency.

Please feel free to contact me and come in to discuss your ideas! I think it is important for you to know that your voice does matter and will be heard.

The North Florida Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is conducting a survey of transportation-related issues to assist with the development of a regional long-range transportation plan. The previous 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan was adopted in 2009. Visit pathforward2040.com for additional information.
