Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
Downtown St. Augustine
Daytime lane closures from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Cordova and King Streets adjacent to the Casa Monica hotel for painting the building. Also, daytime lane closures from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on King and St. George Streets adjacent to the Lyon’s building for painting the building. Nighttime lane closures from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. from County Road 210 to U.S. 1 for resurfacing.
Also, complete closure of the ramp from State Road 206 to the northbound lanes from 11 p.m. to midnight Sunday for resurfacing.
San Marco Avenue
Nighttime lane closures from 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday from Joiner Street to Old Mission Avenue for utility construction. For more information, contact Wade Gibby with G & H Underground Construction, Inc. at 904-810-0531.
State Road 13
Daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday from Roberts Road to Race Track Road to inspect storm drains.
State Road 16
Daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Clay County line to San Marco Avenue.
State Road 207
Daytime northbound lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday from Armstrong Road to St. Ambrose Church Road for shoulder repairs.
State Road A1A
Daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Duval County line to Mickler Road.
Shoulder closures from County Road 210 to the Nocatee flyover and daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Palm Valley Road to the Nocatee flyover for construction at County Road 210.
Daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Flagler County line to the Duval County line.
