400-2-Sunshine-RealtySunshine Realty and Appraisal Services announced to Historic City News that they have been selected to offer their guests free admission to some of St. Augustine’s most popular attractions, through a partnership with the nation’s leading provider of free-to-guest amenity programs, Amenity Services, Inc.

Sunshine Realty is a family-owned business, based in St. Augustine Beach, offering a variety of real estate services for 30 years. ASI chose to partner with Sunshine Realty for its long standing renowned reputation with locals and visitors alike.

Starting March 1st, 2014, when Sunshine Realty’s guests check in, they will receive a “FunShine Card” — allowing free admission to Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium, Ripley’s Ghost Train Tours, Ripley’s Red Train Tours, The St. Augustine Alligator Farm and the St. Augustine Pirate Treasure & Museum. Admissions are available for every day of the guest’s stay.

“It is just one way of saying thank you for staying with Sunshine Realty,” said rental manager, David Marks. “With the continued growth of the Internet and the consumer’s ability to easily locate the best value for their money, it’s become imperative that businesses keep up with that trend by offering added value.”

Marks, Heidi Robinson and Maya Asselta, say that they are looking forward to making it more economical for guests to enjoy the great things there are to do in St. Augustine. They asked, “Where would you rather stay? A rental with more, or less?”

ASI says they will continue to partner with select companies in the St. Augustine area; further differentiating themselves from the competition.

“Our partnering properties are some of the most respected names in the vacation rental industry,” ASI President, Darrell Blanton, told local Historic City News reporters. “The new program adds value for existing guests, while directing new customers to our client’s properties. ASI amenity programs, like free-to-guest services, also help support a longer length of stay.”

Amenity Services, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is based in Destin, Florida. The company currently provides programs to over 5,000 vacation rental properties in the Southeast. ASI partners with the most popular activities in the area and offers these services to vacation rental property management companies in one convenient, easy-to-use program. All ASI properties are listed on GetMoreVacations.com where guests can register to win a free vacation. The next vacation will be announced March 13, 2014.
