Circus is coming to town

Justin Loomis reported to local Historic City News reporters that on Friday November 19th thru Sunday November 21st the Loomis Bros. Circus will be performing at the St. Johns County Fairgrounds in Elkton.

Show times on Friday are 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., then Saturday 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

“It’s a fun event for the whole family,” Loomis said. “Each performance last one, hour and forty-five minutes.

Loomis told Historic City News that the Circus will feature three rings with performing elephants, tigers, clowns, acrobats, aerialists, jugglers and much, much more.

Tickets are $15.00 for adults and two children age 12 and under are admitted free with each paid adult, each additional child is $5.00.

Doors open one hour prior to show time with elephant rides, pony rides, face painting, and tasty circus treats.
