The Crisp-Ellert Art Museum presents “Powers of the Cosmic Dusty Seas, works by Los Angeles-based artist Christine Nguyen. The artist works in a variety of media, and the exhibition will include smaller photo-based works as well as a large, photographic wall mural and an installation of sculptural objects, both created specifically for this exhibition.

River House is offering an amazing chance to learn the unique art of wood carving. Local sculptor C.W. Hooper will be teaching a class at River House. With his guidance you will create your very own relief wood carving. If you would like to work on a project of your own design, C.W. will help you…just let us know in advance. The class will run for 6 weeks starting on Friday February 4th 12:30-2:30 PM. The cost for the series is $60 and includes instruction and supplies.
