In St. Johns, Nassau, Duval, Clay and Baker counties — the unemployment rate was 10.6 percent in February.

Florida’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 11.5 percent in February compared to 11.9 percent in January, according to a report from Florida’s Agency for Workforce Innovation.
