Mulligan said, “A second bus transported the students to their original destinations.”

“Both the car and bus drivers were treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel then transported to Flagler Hospital in stable condition,” Robshaw reported.

The eastbound lanes of SR-16, east of Inman Road were closed causing traffic delays until troopers, deputies and Rescue personnel could safely clear the accident scene. Reportedly the congestion around the interchange cleared in about 20 minutes.
