Head over to Pier Park in St. Augustine Beach for this fundraising event for the Don Ausman Foundation, an organization devoted to funding an Alternative Spring Break for college students who want to spend their spring break helping the world’s less fortunate. The event begins on Friday with a huge DISCO Party at the Pier from 5-9 p.m. Signup for the race begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday morning and the 5K begins at 8:30 a.m. Lots of fun throughout the day, including a standup paddle board race in the ocean and a Best Burger Competition. There will be plenty of food, lively music and vintage autos on display from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Judges will determine the winners in categories ranging from ‘Best in Show’ to ‘Peoples’ Choice Award’.
