Wreaths across America ceremony held Saturday

Public Affairs Officer Lt Dennis Maloney laid a wreath at the grave of PFC Edward Little (1920-1945) during the “Wreaths across America” ceremony held Saturday at noon in the St Augustine National Cemetery located at 104 Marine Street.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of “Wreaths across America” that was started by Worcester Wreath Company.

In addition to 15,000 Maine wreaths destined for Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia, Worcester Wreath again donated seven ceremonial wreaths to over 410 state, national and local cemeteries across the country.
