A Special Meeting of the St Augustine City Commission will be held Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 5:05 p.m. in the Alcazar Room to hear public comments and adopt resolutions specific to four major financial topics for the coming Fiscal Year.
First, a Public Hearing of Resolution 2012-33, establishes the final millage rate for FY 2012/2013 Budget and adoption of that Resolution 2012-33.
Next a Second Reading and Public Hearing of Ordinance 2012-12, proposed budget for FY 2012/2013 and adoption of Ordinance 2012-12.
Another Second Reading and Public Hearing on Ordinance 2012-13 which concerns water and sewer rates, connections fees and charges and adoption of Ordinance 2012-13.
Finally, a Public Hearing on Resolution 2012-31 regarding utility fees and charges followed by adoption of Resolution 2012-31.
