Teen arrested on 30 drug-related charges

This morning, an Orange Park teenager was arrested and charged with thirty individual drug-related offenses by St Johns County Sheriff’s deputies, according to a report received by Historic City News today.

The 19-year-old man, Zackary Hunter Dellmire, who resides at 553 Claire Lane in Orange Park, was taken into custody and booked in the St Johns County Detention Facility at 5:39 a.m. this morning.

Dellmire remains in custody today in lieu of $8,600 bail; including a $5,800 bond to secure his appearance to answer 28-counts of first-degree misdemeanor use, or possession, of drug paraphernalia, $1,500 bond for 1-count of second-degree misdemeanor possession of drugs, not properly labeled to indicate that possession is by a valid prescription, and $1,500 bond for 1-count of third-degree felony constructive possession of a controlled substance, except as authorized by law.

Historic City News contacted Public Affairs Corporal Catherine Payne to obtain further details of the arrest and we were promised the information when someone returns to the office tomorrow morning.
