Witnesses sought in crash that sent teen to hospital

Trooper First Class Christopher Conrad in St Augustine reported to Historic City News that at about 8:00 p.m. last night, a Palm Coast teenager driving a 2010 Ford F-150 pickup truck, was involved in a crash that may have been witnessed by one of our readers.

The Florida Highway Patrol is attempting to determine why the 19 year-old driver, Kelani Scroggins of Palm Coast, drove off the roadway as she traveled along Seminole Woods Parkway, east of Sesame Boulevard.
