This Agenda may contain both regular business items and specially advertised Public Hearing items. Business items are those that require approval or recommendation for approval or denial by the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee but may not require advertising in a newspaper or posting a sign on the property. Public Hearings are those items that require advertising in a newspaper and posting of a sign on the subject property. This agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee and further subject to proper notice requirements as may be required for individual agenda items.

  1. ARCCC 2015-29 Fairfield Ponte Vedra Pointe Chase ATM Request to install wall signs and ATM signs at 854 A1A N.

  2. ARC 2015-16 Underwood’s wall sign Request to install wall sign at 330 A1A N., Suite 201.

  3. ARCCC 2015-27 Agronomic Operations Center. Request to construct new buildings, landscape nursery and associated exterior changes within the PGA Tour parcel directly west of the intersection of Palm Valley Rd and A1A N.

  4. ARCCC 2015-34 Lulu’s Restrooms. Request to construct restroom building at 301 N Roscoe Blvd.

NZVAR 2015-10 and ARC 2015-15 Sawgrass Beach Club Boardwalk Repair and Improvements Request for design approval to expand and renovate the existing boardwalk with features and parking lot located at the southern part of the property with an encroachment in the 10 foot side setback at 9795 Summer Place.

  6. NZVAR 2015-08 and ARCCC 2015-33 ABC Fine Wine & Liquor wall signs. Request to exceed max wall sign ADA of 24 square feet each to allow for 3 wall signs of 48 square feet each at 175 Village Main St.
