St. Augustine City Manager John Regan today offered the city’s assistance on utility bills for Historic City News readers who have been impacted by Hurricane Matthew.
Additionally, Regan announced that, effective immediately the city will temporarily suspend charging late fees and disconnecting water customers during this period of recovery and rebuilding.
“We understand the devastating impact Hurricane Matthew has had on some of our residential and commercial utility customers.” Said Regan. “If you were heavily impacted by the storm and need special assistance with your utility bill, please reach out to our Customer Service Department to create a solution that works for you in these trying times.”
