Tea Party speaker will discuss espionage and domestic terrorism

275-NCIS-LOGO-SEALHistoric City News readers are patriotically invited to attend the General meeting of the Saint Augustine Tea Party this Tuesday evening, February 23, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Village Inn, located at 900 N. Ponce de Leon Boulevard in St. Augustine. The distinguished speaker will be Jeffrey L Walton from St. Augustine, a retired NCIS Special Agent.

Walton is a Vietnam War Veteran who spent nearly 30 years on NCIS assignments in the United States, the Far East and Europe.

His career spanned from general criminal felony investigations, as a Special Agent, to senior management positions in the field, at NCIS Headquarters.

He also conducted interagency assignments at the Pentagon, the National Counterintelligence Center and at the Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive.

He will give an overview of the NCIS Special Agent corps along with commentary on how things really work; touching on some real-world topics like espionage and terrorism.
