Drunk driver who killed Shae Burchfield is sentenced
Two and a half years after 18-year-old Shae Lynn Burchfield lost her life in a traffic crash in St Augustine, Historic City News has learned that her intoxicated assailant, 53-year-old Frederick James Andrews, has accepted a plea agreement that will send him to prison for five years.
