VICKY OAKESSupervisor of Elections, Vicky Oakes, reported to Historic City News that approximately 140,000 registered voters in St Johns County have been mailed a new Voter Information Card — the problem is, about 20,000 cards have been returned to the Elections Office by the US Postal Service as undeliverable.
