This month’s issue of the Town Crier Committee Report begins and ends with Christmas celebrations, as the members of the Saint Augustine Tea Party drew close to family and friends.
In lieu of the regular general meeting on December 20, members attended the Saint Augustine Tea Party’s annual Christmas Party that was held at the Moultrie Oaks Clubhouse.
The members enjoyed a great fare which included deep fried turkey by Stan, roast pork and ham, hors d’ oeuvre and salad by Yvonne, sodas and ice from Yvonne’s daughter, Debbie, a Spanish dish from Joaquin and his wife and other delicious food.
After dinner and yummy deserts, the Tea Partiers were entertained by exchanging gifts and an evening of dancing with Dave and Ellen. The Christmas party filled with music in the air, dancing feet, food, fellowship and good laughs.
If you didn’t come, you missed out. Merry Christmas to all and a productive & prosperous New Year
