Next Tuesday afternoon, Historic City News has been informed that County Attorney Patrick F. McCormack will address members of the St Johns County Commission, in closed session, followed by a private attorney-client settlement meeting to discuss negotiations in a lawsuit that began in August, 2005.
St Johns County is a party to that lawsuit.
The special private attorney-client meeting will be held in accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and will be confined to the lawsuit between Robert and Linnie Jordan, et al. vs. St. Johns County et al., Case No. CA05-0694.
The closed meeting to discuss litigation expense and strategy will convene beginning at 3:00 p.m., in the BCC Executive Conference Room adjacent to the Auditorium on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 500 San Sebastian View in St Augustine.
At conclusion of meeting the Chair will reconvene the Special Meeting and announce termination of the closed attorney-client settlement meeting.
