Walk with the Mayor in Old City South

Greetings neighbors.

Mayor Shaver has really been enjoying her Walks in all the different beautiful neighborhoods.

We’ve had great turnouts, nice weather, and pleasant, thought provoking conversation.

And it’s in the comfort of your own “hood”.

Much better than sitting in a room having a meeting, issues can be brought up by pointing them out right in front of you as you meander down the streets.

Meet and greet, walk and talk, share your ideas or concerns, enjoy a healthy stroll.

Mayor Shaver will be walking in the Old City South Neighborhood on Wednesday, July 29th.

You can start the walk with her at 6:00 p.m. in St. Francis Park, on St. Francis St. and St. George, or if you prefer, watch out for her and meet her along the way.

We’ll just be easin’ on down the road. Tell all your friends and neighbors. We hope to bump into you. See you then.
