This Agenda may contain both regular business items and specially advertised Public Hearing items. Business items are those that require approval or recommendation for approval or denial by the South Anastasia Design Review Board but may not require advertising in a newspaper or posting a sign on the property. Public Hearings are those items that require advertising in a newspaper and posting of a sign on the subject property. This agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Mid-Anastasia Design Review Board and further subject to proper notice requirements as may be required for individual agenda items.

3. Vote on membership recommendations – Recommendations to be considered for new terms and term lengths when board is re-set by County Commission

DESIGN REVIEW EXEMPTION Per Section 3.08.03.C.6.
– Fountain of Youth Blvd Street Lights. Request to replace light fixtures on 12 existing light poles.
