12th Annual Flower & Garden Expo

This Saturday, Apr. 19 and Sunday, Apr. 20, 2008, EPIC Community Services and the Garden Club of St. Augustine present the 12th Annual Flower and Garden Expo.

Growers, nurseries, crafters and artisans from around the state offer gardeners everything they need to make spring bloom at the “Flower and Garden Expo”, at the St. Johns County Agricultural Center in St. Augustine.

According to the announcement, The Garden Club of St. Augustine; Flowers and Horticultural Show will feature this year’s floral design exhibit titled “Life’s a Beach” including Master Gardener arboretum tours. Horticulture will include: roses, bromeliads, orchids, bonsai, native plants, water garden plants, herbs, gingers, butterfly garden plants and a large variety of unusual perennials.

Distinguished lecturers will provide helpful information for all levels of gardening experience.

Also at the Expo, “Natural Wonders” a quilt show by St. Augustine Piece Markers Guild.
