County Offices Closed Thursday

County Administrator Michael D. Wanchick has announced that all Departments of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will be closed on Thursday, August 21, 2008 due to the anticipation of deteriorating weather conditions from Tropical Storm Fay.
Essential Staff/Mission Critical personnel need to confirm with their respective Department Heads as to their scheduling. A decision to reopen Friday, August 22, 2008 will be made Thursday evening. All St. Johns County Roads and Bridges Open
St. Augustine, FL – (August 21, 2008) – All roads and bridges in St. Johns County are currently open. However, as Tropical Storm Fay progresses, motorists may encounter obstacles such as downed trees and power lines and are urged to use extreme caution. An update will be given if any status changes.
