Auditions for Veddy Theatre Group’s original holiday script will be at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Tuesday, October 14th according to an announcement distributed by the St. Johns Cultural Council to Historic City News this week.
Kiki Tovey is directing the performance and is open to auditioning all ages for all three characters. Auditions will be at 7:00 p.m. in the Legacy Room behind the main stage and will include readings from the script for the following characters:
Quiltmaker- female, 20 and up; gentle and inspiring; be prepared to sing
King- male, 20 and up; powerful and charismatic
Soldier- male, 16 and up; comedic ability required
Production dates at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre begin Friday, November 28. Shows run Friday and Saturday nights through January 3rd.
