Concerts in the Plaza cancelled

The City of St. Augustine has reported to Historic City News that this week’s edition of Concerts in the Plaza for Thursday, August 21st has been cancelled due to the anticipated inclement weather from Tropical Storm Fay.

“There’s a good chance it may not be raining at show time, but with the forecast calling for heavy rain and wind earlier in the day, we felt postponing the concert was simply the fair thing to do both for the performers and the audience,” said Paul Williamson, the city’s Public Affairs Director.
