Five children victims in lewd behavior case

A 73 year old construction specialist with Florida Power and Light Company who lives at Treasure Beach is under arrest and incarcerated at the St. Johns County Jail pending payment of $20,000 bail on five separate charges of lewd behavior by an adult; involving children under 16 years of age.

Samuel William Adukiewicz of Ventura Road was arrested yesterday night after deputies learned that five children – ranging in age between 10 and 15 years old – reported to one of the children’s parents that they witnessed the suspect masturbating on his dock while they were swimming in the canal near their home.

One of the victims retrieved her video camera and made a video tape that she says shows the suspect holding a glass of wine in one hand and masturbating with the other. When the victim’s parents saw the tape, they called the Sheriff’s Office to report the incident.

According to the report filed by Deputy Jason Briggs, the suspect may have been involved in a similar event reported to Deputy Scott Wright on the 15th of this month. The circumstances surrounding the earlier incident and the detailed information obtained yesterday have been forwarded to the criminal investigation division as the investigation in this case continues.
