Posted on 02/10/200902/10/2009 By Historic City News

Media Specialist Liz Daube has reported to Historic City News that motivational speaker Chuck Tompkins will present “Whale Done!: The Power of Positive Relationships” on Feb. 19th at 6 p.m. in the Flagler College Auditorium located at 14 Granada St.

Tompkins is the vice president of animal training at SeaWorld Orlando and a coauthor of the book “Whale Done!,” which has been used as a model for a successful primary school student achievement program in Pittsburgh.

As a speaker, Tompkins shares his 25 years of personal experience training killer whales and tells audiences how those same techniques apply to motivating people. His presentation focuses on “how to build trust, accentuate the positive and redirect energy to build positive relationships both at home and in the workplace.”

This event is free and open to the public.
