Garden Gathering at Eddie Vickers Park

Cash McVay reminded Historic City News that there is a Garden Gathering at Eddie Vickers Park scheduled for this Sunday, May 24th from 10:00 a.m. until noon.

The Lincolnville Community Garden area at the south end of Riberia Street with be outlined so everyone attending will be able to visualize and discuss the garden plan.

McVay promises that the gathering will be an excellent opportunity to meet your neighbors.

“We will have 100% organic CitySprout t-shirts available for $15 for anyone who would like to have one, with proceeds going directly to help build the Lincolnville Community Garden.” McVay said.

“This is a pure community effort” said McVay, “we very much need everyone to jump in so that we can create this garden together.”
