This spring, three of St. Augustine’s finest restaurants are celebrating their selection as recipients of some of the top honors in the industry.
Opus 39 (www.opus39.com ) and 95 Cordova (www.casamonica.com/95cordova ) received the prestigious Golden Spoon Award and the creativity of the chef at Bistro de Leon (www.BistrodeLeon.com), Jean-Stephane Poinard, was recognized for having conjured up one the Top 50 Restaurant Great Ideas in the nation as announced by Restaurant Business News.
