Notice of final millage and budget meeting

NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ST. JOHNS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of St. Johns County, Florida will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. in the County Auditorium at the County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084.

The purpose of the special meeting will be to hold a public hearing to discuss and take action on adoption of the St. Johns County Fiscal Year 2010 Final Millage and Budget. The Board may also discuss and take action on any other business that may lawfully come before it during the special meeting.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
