Grants made possible through the Dr. JoAnn Crisp-Ellert Fund for Art Appreciation are available to organizations with programs that enhance art appreciation and art education in St. Augustine according to an announcement received by Historic City News this week.
The Community Foundation in Jacksonville has announced that these grants for amounts up to $7,000, are available for work lasting up to 12 months.
Preliminary applications are available online at www.jaxcf.org and must be submitted by March 2, 2009.
An informational workshop will be held Feb. 11, 2009 at the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum located at 48 Sevilla St. in St. Augusitine. Call 904-356-4483 for reservations.
