Communications Director Jay Humphreys with the St. Augustine Visitors & Convention Bureau reported to Historic City News that the results of the first phase of the destination master plan for St. Johns County will be presented to the public at the county convention center at World Golf Village.
The presentation is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21st.
PGAV Destination Consulting representatives will present eleven strategic recommendations and field questions from the tourism industry and general public related to the creation of the plan that will guide the county’s tourism efforts for many years to come.
The April 21 presentation will mark the completion of the first phase of the development of the county’s Destination Master Plan. The completed plan is scheduled for delivery to the Tourist Development Council in November.
The tourism industry and the public are encouraged to attend this important presentation.
