City Attorney Ron Brown notified city commissioners near the end of last night’s meeting that the lawsuit brought by developer Donna Wendler has been dismissed by mutual consent.
Wendler had sought demolition of seven properties in the Oviedo and King Street area to build a boutique hotel.
She filed a lawsuit after rejection by the City Commission.
The lawsuit was delayed last fall when Wendler’s attorney, Ellen Avery-Smith, said they would await the General Election, which might change the makeup of the City Commission.
