Sue Swain, President of the Garden Club of St Augustine, told Historic City News local reporters that “Fun with Flowers…for KIDS!” workshops will be held at all St. Johns County Public Library branches this summer starting July 16th.
The Garden Club of St. Augustine is sponsoring the events that are free to the public.
Children ages 5 – 12 are invited to participate in these fun workshops to learn about gardening, growing and making their own flower arrangements. Each child will even take their arrangement home!
Pre-registration is required for these workshops as materials are limited. Space is also limited, so please contact your local library for more details and to pre-register. The complete schedule is listed below with telephone numbers to each library.
