Stephanie Royal announced to the local St. Johns County news desk that the Small Business Development Center at UNF will offer a series of seminars on topics important to any business owner.
Royal asked, “Is your business ready for the new decade?”
Now, more than ever, businesses need to be ready for anything and they can be, Royal says, if they have the right tools and training.
The “Outperform the Economy: New Strategies for a New Decade” series will feature sessions with topics taught by experts in strategies for high performance for any business.
The February session is scheduled to be held February 10th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the County Growth Management Building at 4040 Lewis Speedway for a charge of $35.00 per participant.
County spokesperson Karen Pan told Historic City News that the local seminars are being hosted by the Small Business Development Center and St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners.
With an eye toward enabling St. Johns County small business owners to make more informed decisions and perform better in the market place, this seminar will challenge participants to “Improve Performance”.
The presentation covers using competitive intelligence and applying it to our current uncertain economic forecast.
In order to survive, a business needs to foresee and prepare for the future.
