Don Radbill told local Historic City News business reporters that he is celebrating the Grand Opening of his second Virtual Office building on June 30th, from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 100 Island Cottage Way.
Historic City News readers are invited to attend the grand opening, meet existing tenants and tour the offices.
Radbill’s business concept is growing in popularity as we see a proliferation of home based businesses and other small businesses who do not need full-time commercial office space. “The Offices,” Radbill said, “offer the flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of business ventures.”
Virtual and shared offices offer a cost-effective way of renting an office. “Just bring your computer and you are in business,” Radbill said. The facility offers virtual offices, shared offices as well as private offices for rent.
Included in the rental fee is a reception area, conference room, dedicated high speed internet (T-1), fax and copying service, 24hr/365 day keyless access, private parking, electric, water and trash removal and telephone answering service with a private number for each office.
“Whether you are starting a company, expanding from a home office, opening a satellite office, downsizing from a conventional office or just want to know about what’s new in town come join us at Island Cottages,” Radbill says.
