Three appointed to FSDB Board of Trustees

Today, Governor Charlie Crist announced to the St. Augustine local news desk that the following appointments have been made for the Board of Trustees of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind; pending Senate confirmation:

Yolanda A. Rodriguez, 45, of Plantation, assistant city manager for the City of Margate, succeeding Maria Rojas, appointed for a term beginning February 22, 2010, and ending November 13, 2013.

Carol M. Ross, 53, of Tallahassee, self-employed deaf services interpreter, succeeding Mary Jane Dillon, appointed for a term beginning February 22, 2010, and ending November 20, 2013.

Dr. Thomas M. Zavelson, 67, of Gainesville, retired pediatrician, succeeding Herschel Parrish, appointed for a term beginning February 22, 2010, and ending November 7, 2011.
