Lisa Gardner, Events Coordinator for the City of Palm Coast, invited Historic City News readers to attend the Second Annual Seafood Festival; scheduled this year on Saturday and Sunday, November 5th and 6th.
When your ship comes in, you will be greeted by authentic peg-legged, eye-patched, parrot clutching pirates at the Central Park pond.
After posing for photos, enjoy an afternoon sampling the most delicious seafood in Florida, including food demos with Hell’s Kitchen Champ Danny Veltri – a recipe for a tremendous “seafood stew of fun”.
Entertainment during the event includes live music from a Jimmy Buffett tribute band, National Crab Racing Association, Disc-Connected K9s – World Famous Frisbee exhibitions, Kids Carnival, fireworks at dusk on Saturday, a Sunday car show, a grand variety of exhibitors and art vendors.
Festival hours are noon-9:00 p.m. on November 5th and noon-5:00 p.m. on November 6th.
Admission is $3 for adults and children under 12 are free. Food and Kids Carnival tickets cost $1 each.
Central Park is located one half mile north of Flagler Palm Coast High School on Bulldog
Drive and there is plenty of free parking around the park.
