St. Augustine Ballet will be holding a yard sale. Gently used items will be on sale as well as baked goods and refreshments.Later that day, from 4p.m. to 6p.m., the Ballet will be holding a fundraiser at Tropical Smoothie located at 112 Seagrove Main Street in the Seagrove Community. Tropical Smoothie’s owner, Amit Patel, will be donating 20 % of all sales to the Saint Augustine Ballet. Funds raised will be used to support their December performance of The Nutcracker at the Flagler College Auditorium on December 17 and 18, 2011 in the form of costumes, props, and scenic backdrops. Funds raised will also help the St. Augustine Ballet keep ticket prices reasonable while enabling them to provide a high quality ballet to the community.
