Child pornography warrant executed

Kevin Kelshaw informed local reporters at Historic City News that 49 year-old William Hardy Moore, Jr., was arrested today after deputies executed a search warrant at his home; located at 4709 Avenue B, in St. Augustine.

Through investigative techniques, detectives learned that Moore was in possession of child pornography and were able to obtain a search warrant for his home and computer.

When confronted, Moore admitted to deputies that he was in possession of child pornography.

Moore is being held at the St. Johns County Detention Facility, without bond, pending his first appearance hearing Friday morning.
