Republican State Committeewoman Becky Reichenberg invited Historic City News readers to mark their calendars and participate in the Republican Club of Greater St. Augustine’s upcoming monthly meeting Monday, March 14th.
After a two month hiatus reported by club Secretary Pat Greenfield and a change of location, the local Republican club will hold their social, beginning at 6:30 p.m., with the regular business meeting at 7:00 p.m.
The social and business meeting will be held at the St. Augustine Shrine Club located at 250 Brainard in St. Augustine. Turn east off of US-1 near Moultrie Creek and you will find the club at the end of the road on the right.
Special Agent in Charge, Dominick Pape, assigned to the Jacksonville Regional Operation Center of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, will be the speaker at the St. Augustine Club meeting.
Sheriff Shoar will be the next speaker at the Northwest Republican Club, Reichenberg reported, when they convene on March 21st at 6:30 p.m., at Shannon’s Irish Pub, located at 111 Bartram Oaks Walk in Saint Johns.
“Don’t forget to let me know if you can walk or ride in the St. Patrick’s Day parade on Saturday, March 12th,” said Reichenberg. “I need you — we have a banner being made. It will be a hoot!”
