AmeriCorps Environmental Education Member, Carly J. Swatek, told local Historic City News reporters that Fort Mose Historic State Park is holding “Living History Days” tomorrow, July 30, 2011.
Florida Living History Inc., and the Fort Mose Historical Society present living history demonstrations on the last Saturday of every month; except June, August and December.
Volunteers will be onsite in period dress offering visitors a fascinating glimpse into the past.
The living history program is held at 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Turn east from North Ponce de Leon Boulevard (US-1) onto Fort Mose Trail; which dead ends into the Fort Mose picnic area and parking lot.
