The Marine Industries Association of Northeast Florida announced to Historic City News that the St. Augustine Nautical Festival and Boat Show, sponsored by The St. Augustine Port, Waterways and Beach District and St. Augustine Marine will cruise into town this weekend, at Francis Field, May 21-22, 2011.
Following in the wake of three very successful past St. Augustine Boat Shows, the marine association decided to re-launch the event in the form of a nautical festival and boat show again this year.
The festival will showcase new and used boats on trailers, nautical arts and crafts, vintage boats on display, marine supplies and services, law enforcement displays and demonstrations, music, food and beverages.
Anyone who pre-registers with Mike Sullivan (904-501-6777) can offer their trailer-secured boat for sale and display it at the show for $75. Prior to 9:15 a.m. on the day of the event, the cost increases to $100 — subject to availability.

Location: Francis Field in St. Augustine adjacent to the Visitors Information Center and Historic Downtown Parking Facility.
When: Saturday, May 21st: 10am – 6pm and Sunday, May 22nd: 10am – 5pm
Admission is free, although, we are requesting a $2 voluntary donation.
